Welcome! We will start our first day with a bike fitting and an easy ride to Marjan hill - a park-forest paradise for all outdoor activities. After the ride take your time for lunch and siesta, and in the afternoon we are taking you on a guided tour to explore Diocletian’s Palace - one of the best-preserved Roman monuments in the world. The central part of the day is local dinner at “Konoba”, as there is no better way to finish your day than with traditionally prepared fish and seafood paired with local wine and homemade grappa. Are you familiar with Dalmatian cuisine, flavors and food philosophy? How do we dry prosciutto, or salt anchovies, what is oblica, and how to get high-quality olive oil? Our guides will be happy to share all the insider stories with you. Dobar tek!

After visiting an art gallery with unique sculptures, clothes, and jewelry made of this unique stone, we will enjoy in Brač delicacies.

On Brač it’s hard to choose between fish, meat, and vegetables, so the best is to try it all… As an appetizer, and the main meal as well :) We will have peka - the main star of every gathering and celebration in Dalmatia. We will cycle next to lavender fields, AGER - UNESCO protected site, vineyards and many more. Expect more Mediterranean delicacies for both lunch and dinner.
